UEFA Nations League
The inaugural UEFA Nations League will flag off as the reigning champions France would be hosted by 4 times world champions Germany. These six days of brutal football actions will have other European teams fighting in their respective groups. Current Euro Champions Portugal is clubbed with Italy and Poland to form Group C. Group A comprises France, Germany and Netherlands whereas Group B has Belgium, Iceland and Switzerland and Group D will see current world cup runners Croatia clubbed with England and Spain.
The UEFA Nations League is a competition that made the international friendly games even more competitive by hosting a final in June 2019 for the group winners of the UEFA Nations League A. There have been 55 countries that have joined hands in the four leagues. The winners of League A will be get a ticket to the UEFA EURO 2020 and the winners in leagues B, C and D will gain promotion and those who would finish in the bottom in Leagues A, B and C are relegated. A draw will be held in December 2018 to pick out the fixtures for the final. Now the question remains, where does UEFA EURO 2020 come into this? Well, the structure remains the same until the play offs. The third team from each group in the Euro will now have to compete with other 16 UEFA Nation League group winners. There will be two single leg semi finals and one off final to decide the winner.
However, the question remains if the Europe’s finest will take this competition as France are freshly off after adding another star on their kit but all doubts will be cleared in Munich because Germany has a lot to prove and their road to redemption starts here after their worse football display in the World Cup where they made shock exit from the group stages. A lot of speculation has been evolving with the German national team as Mesut Ozil called off his international career after some controversial comments made by DFB President Reinhard Grindel according to reports. The concerns have notched down as Thomas Muller is once again back in his goal scoring form in this season and has contributed both the games he played in the league for Bayern Munich. Who would start in goal will also remains an interesting aspect of the game because Manuel Neuer’s inclusion in the starting lineup in the world cup still remains debatable.
Les Bleus, wouldn’t be sweating that hard before this game because their star Kylian Mbappe has been continuing his world cup saga in Ligue 1 as well. However, France would once again try to field a starting lineup that would once again deliver when needed. Despite playing in the heart of Germany, France would start as favourites in this game.

FRA vs GER Dream11 TEAM NEWS: Injuries and Suspensions

Germany vs FranceTeam News:
France: Both Hugo Lloris and Steve Mandanda are injured and would not play in this game so who would be the replacement would be a concern for Deschamps. Though Alphonse Areola is most likely to deputise, left back Benjamin Mendy is also competing for a starting berth in this game. Apart from that, it is expected France would field the same starting line-up that won them the world cup. Ousmane Dembele is expected to start the game from the bench.
Germany: Thomas Muller, Toni Kroos, Mats Hummels are all expected to feature in this game but a plenty of changes are expected from the Die Mannschaft as Joachim Low intends to fill in the void left by Mesut Ozil. Marco Reus is another player who could get a start in this game however, the fate of Leroy Sane remains a doubt in this game as well.

FRA vs GER Dream11

In Team 1, Alphonse Areola is in the goal because both of France’s star level goalies are injured. Mats Hummels and Jerome Boateng had a terrible world cup run but in this current season they are once again defending everything for their club and it is expected that they would do the same just as Raphael Varane and Samuel Umtiti are doing for their respective clubs.
Toni Kroos is clubbed with the in-form Leon Goretzka and Marco Reus in the midfield with Antoine Griezmann and Kylian Mbappe leading the attack.
Thomas Muller has been appointed as Vice Captain because in the two Bundesliga matches he played, he has scored two goals and provided two assists with a Whoscored rating of 8.20.
Kylian Mbappe is a safe bet for a captain because of the form he is at the moment. Of the 20 matches he has played in this season, he found the back of the net 15 times and provided two assists as well.

In Team 2, Manuel Neuer is in the goal because Germany would be playing at home and despite his terrible run in the world cup he is one of the best goal-keepers around at the moment.
In defense, we have made two changes by bringing in Jonas Hector and Benjamin Pavard at the expenses of Jerome Boateng and Samuel Umtiti because Benjamin Pavard has been performing well in the six Bundesliga matches he played in this season, scoring one goal being a defender and Jonas Hector has been terrific lately and are chances are higher that he would keep his form in this game as well.
Blaise Matuidi and Paul Pogba are additions to the second team in the midfield section because they have been crucial in France’s world cup win and we are expecting them to show some magic in this game as well.
Thomas Muller remains the captain for this team while Toni Kroos is made vice captain, given his sniping abilities on the ground.
