Since the pitch is expected to remain good for batting throughout the game, the toss-winning captain will probably opt to chase.

 SCO vs SIX Weather Report

Sunny intervals with a gentle breeze is what has been forecast for Thursday evening. Temperatures are expected to hover around the mid-20s during the match.

 SCO vs SIX Pitch Condition

The Perth Stadium has hosted only one game so far this BBL season - between Perth Scorchers and Melbourne Renegades. It was a high-scoring affair with both teams scoring over 180. Expect another batting beauty on the Boxing Day.

Team NEWS:

 SCO Team News

Left-arm quick Joel Paris has looked out of sorts with the ball in the last two games and the Scorchers are likely to replace him with medium pacer Matthew Kelly who has recovered from the illness that kept him out of action in the last two games. The team is expected to retain the rest of the line-up for this upcoming clash.

 SIX Team News
Sydney Sixers have kept the same playing eleven in their last two matches, and despite losing them both, they could go unchanged in this game as well. Daniel Hughes and Josh Philippe will continue to open the batting while James Vince and Moises Henriques will bat at three and four respectively. Ben Dwarshuis and Sean Abbott will likely share the new ball again.

SCO vs SIX Fantasy Team Guide:

 Team Guide:

WK:

-Josh Inglis is a decent batsman who had played only 13 T20 matches at decent SR of 23.2 with SR near to 140. He had been a top order batsman who will open the innings for PS. Selected by only 54% users and available in 8.0 credits too. Scored only 22 & 13 runs in first two matches but smashed 50 runs in last game finally.

-Josh Philippe is a must have pick in SL as he is having Average of 33.1 in just 19 T20s with SR more than 150. He is a consistent batsman who is expected to play a top knock again by opening the innings. Good C VC choice too. Smashed 81 off just 44 balls runs in first match. Got good start in last two matches too but got out early at only 24 & 15 runs respectively.

BAT:

-Daniel Hughes will open the innings for Sixers with Phillipe. He is another good batsman in SL who had been very consistent in his T20 career of 50 matches as he holds average of 31 with good strike rate too. Good pick in SL. Though Scored decent 22 runs in first match and failed to cross even 10 runs margin in last two matches.

-James Vince is an experienced batsman and best C VC choice in SL considering his form which is very good. He has played approx 200 T20 matches and batted at an average of 30 with SR of more than 130. He has smashed a century too in this format. He will bat at one down for Sixers. Though got out at only 13 & 18 runs in first two matches after getting a good start but scored decent 39 runs in last game.

-Jordan Silk is another talent who is having experience of playing more than 50 T20 matches and batted at average of 28 with decent Strike rate too. Though he hadn't played much top knocks but can easily score 20-30 runs if bat's in first innings as he will bat at three down. Selected by only 6% users in D11. Didn't got chance to bat in first match but scored decent 22 & 14 runs in last two matches.

-Cameron Bancroft is another must have pick in SL from PS side who has been very consistent especially in T20 games as he had batted at an average of 33.33 with good strike rate too in 39 matches. He is a big player who will bat at three down for PS and popular pick of C VC too in SL. Though got out at single digit runs in first match but smashed 51 runs in very next game. Got good start in last game too but departs at 19 runs only.

-Ashton Turner is another must have pick in SL who had been decent in last season against the opponents. He will bat at one down who has experience of playing 87 T20 matches at decent average of 22 with SR near to 140. He had been a consistent batsman especially in BBL. Good Punt C VC choice in SL. Though he had played only a decent knock of 36 runs in last three matches but can be very good today.

~
-Liam Livingstone is a good bowling all-rounder who has played 88 T20 matches at an average of 27 with SR near to 140. He has taken 29 wickets too from these matches at economy rate of 7.98 only. He is a good batsman rather than a bowler. He will open the innings for PS. Another good C VC Choice in SL. Got duck in first game but played good knocks of 29(19) & 69(26) runs in last two matches respectively.

ALL:

-Mitchell Marsh is a good all rounder who has played 77 T20 games and batted at an average of 31.15 with decent Strike rate too. He will bowl 2-3 overs too as he has taken 43 wickets with decent economy rate. He will bat at two down. Default C VC choice in SL today. Scored 32, 56 & 14 runs in last three matches respectively.

-Ashton Agar is a decent batsman who has taken wickets consistently in 84 T20 games at economy rate of 7.33 only. He has taken 57 wickets from these matches and batted at an average of 20 with good strike rate. Must have pick if PS opts to bowl first. Though got only a wicket in last three matches but expected to be among wickets today.

-Cameron Green is a young talent who doesn't have much experience of playing prolific leagues but can emerge out as good punt in SL as he had performed well in his short FC & List A career. He will bat down the order and expected to bowl couple of overs too. Scored decent 36 runs in first game but failed to pass even 10 runs margin in last two matches nor bowled any over.

-Moises Henriques is another good pick in SL considering his experience of playing approx 200 T20 games at an average of 26 with good strike rate. He has taken 108 wickets too from these matches . His recent form was too good as seen in AUS ODI. Good pick in SL who will bat at two down. Punt C VC choice in SL today. Though didn't played any top knock in last tree games but got good starts so expected to see a good knock today.

-Tom Curran is a good bowler rather than a batsman. He has played 103 T20 matches and batted at an average of 18 with good strike rate too. He has taken 122 wickets at economy rate of 8.55 , who will bat in middle order. Took 3fer & 2fer in first two matches respectively but gone wicket less in last game.

BOWL:

-Sean Abbott is a consistent bowler who has taken 93 matches in just 80 matches. However his economy rate is more than 8.54 but his wicket taking ability makes him a good pick in SL. Performed well in last season against the opponent team. Took 6 wickets in last three matches and played a decent knock of 22 runs too.

-Ben Dwarshius is selected by only 60% users in SL as he had taken 45 wickets in just 40 matches at decent economy rate too before coming to this seasons BBL. Expected to bowl full 4 overs in every match so becomes good pick in SL. Took 2fer in both first two matches respectively but unfortunately gone wicket less in last game.

-Ben Manenti is a young talent who had taken 6 wickets from 9 matches at economy rate of 6.80 only before BBL. Selected by only 43% users and available in less credits too. Good punt in SL. Took 2fer each in last three matches respectively.

-Lloyd Pope is a young talent who doesn't have experience of playing much prolific leagues but can emerge out as good punt as he a good Spinner who can get some help from pitch today which is expected to favour the bowlers. Try him in GL as C VC.

-Jhye Richardson is a must have pick in SL considering his consistency and wicket taking ability. Taken 34 wickets in just 33 T20 games at decent economy rate. He had taken 7 wickets in just three matches last season against Perth. Though gone wicket less in both first two matches but finally took 2fer in last match.

-Chris Jordan is a must have bowler today in SL. He had been very consistent bowler from last couple of series as he has played 167 matches and took 178 wickets from them. Popular pick in SL today. Took 2fer in both first two matches respectively but gone wicket less in last game.

-Fawad Ahmad is an experienced bowler who has taken 91 wickets in 88 Matches at economy rate of 6.75 only. He had been very consistent in this format who can get some help from the pitch. Gone wicket less in first match but took 2fer & a wicket in last two matches.

C VC Choices:

-Liam Livingstone and Josh Phillippe are other two safe C VC choices in SL.
