The weather forecast looks perfect for cricket in Bangalore. There will be dew to contend with in the second innings, but there is otherwise zero chance of rain and clear skies.

Chinnaswamy serves up batting wickets, with an even bounce contributing to some fast scoring.

Team NEWS:

 IND Team News

India solved their dilemma of which of Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma to pick by re-jigging the batting order. KL Rahul moved down the order, allowing Virat Kohli to bat at three and the re-shuffle paid dividends as India posted 340/6. Rahul could continue behind the stumps too, with Rishabh Pant having suffered concussion in the first game. Navdeep Saini stepped into the team and took two wickets last time out too.

 AUS Team News
Australia stuck with the same XI last time out, which was no surprise after their big opening win, but Peter Handscomb and Josh Hazlewood are among those pushing for a recall for the series decider.

 Predicted Lineups (Playing11):

Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli (c), Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul (wk), Manish Pandey, Ravindra Jadeja, Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Navdeep Saini, Kuldeep Yadav.

IND vs AUS Fantasy Team Guide:

 Team Guide:

 -Alex Carey
will bat in the middle order. He was in excellent form in ODI's last year as his last 5 innings includes two times 70+ and 40+ scores. He is playing good cricket consistently and attacking too. He is having an average of 40 in 30 matches with a good strike rate. Must have a pick in SL.

 -Peter Handscomb
will bat at three down. He is another good batsman who usually plays attacking cricket as his strike rate near to 100 in ODI cricket tells so. He is having a decent average of 33 from 22 ODI games. Though his last couple of ODI matches didn't go well but can emerge out as good punt in SL today as he had already smashed a ton against IND in this format.

 -Rishabh Pant
will bat at three down. He is getting enough chances to prove himself but failing every time. He had batted at a decent average of 26 in 16 ODI matches but his SR is more than 100 which is good. Failed to perform in the last couple of series though but can emerge out as good punt in SL especially if IND opts to bat first.

 -Virat Kohli
will bat at one down. He is an evergreen player who is currently no. 1 batsman in the world having Average of 60.31in 242 matches with SR nearing to 100. Must have pick in SL and default C VC too. He has scored 1743 runs in 38 ODIs against the Men in Yellow at an average of 53.96 and 8 centuries.

 -Rohit Sharma
will open the innings. He averages an amazing 61.72 in 37 ODIs (2037 runs) against Australia. He has scored seven centuries as well. Another must-have pick in SL. He had played more than 220 ODI games till now and scored runs at an average of 49 with help of 28 centuries too. Played very well in the last ODI series against WI by smashing a ton and a 50+ score too. C VC choice in SL.

 -Shikhar Dhawan
is another good pick in SL who has experience of playing 133 ODI games at an average of 44.50 with a good strike rate too. He will open the innings with Rohit for IND. He is in good form as seen in the last T20 series against Sri Lanka. He too has a decent record (975 runs in 24 ODIs at 42.39) against the Aussies and smashed a century too when the two teams last met in the World Cup in 2019.

 -Shreyas Iyer
will bat at three down. He is another young talent who is in form of his life as he is playing very consistent cricket as seen in the last couple of series. Good pick in SL if IND bat's first. He had smashed 4 times 50+ scores from 5 ODI games during the last series against WI.

 -David Warner
will open the innings and must-have pick in SL. He is a very destructive batsman who is having an average of 45.74 with SR near to 100 in 115 ODI games. He is another good C VC choice in SL. He is in red hot form right now as his last 5 innings in both ODI & T20 format holds 50+ and 100+ scores.

 -Aaron Finch
is another must-have pick in SL. He will open with Warner and bat's with SR near to 90.The most consistent batsman from the AUS side who had batted at an average of 40.34 in 119 ODI matches. He is having a good record against IND in ODI format and is in good form too. His consistency makes him a good C VC choice in SL.

 -Steve Smith
is another good pick in SL who will bat at one down. He too has experience of playing more than 115 ODI games at an average of 41.41 with a decent strike rate. He is having 8 centuries and 23 half-centuries too from these matches. Though his recent form wasn't very good but he averages 52.15 in 15 ODIs with 678 runs to his name facing India so expected to see a good knock today.

All Rounder:

 -Ravindra Jadeja
is another must-have pick especially if IND opts to bat first as he will bat down the order and bowl full overs too. He is in good form right now as seen in the last couple of series. He had played approx 160 ODI games and took 181 wickets from them and batted at average near to 30.

 -Kedar Jadhav
will bat in middle order and a must-have pick in SL especially if IND opts to bat first as he had batted at an average of 43 with SR more than 100 and taken 27 wickets too from 71 matches. His economy rate with bowl is pretty awesome. Performed decent in Last ODI series against WI but expected to play even better in this match.
 -Marnus Labuschagne
is going to play his debut ODI today. He is number three test batsman right now who is in very good form right now and must be in your team if you are dropping any top-order batsman. Be will bat at two down. He had performed well in FC & List A cricket too.

  -Ashton Agar
is another good pick especially if AUS opts to bowl first as he had taken wickets consistently from last couple of years. He is in good form right now as seen in last T20 series against PAK and Sri Lanka.

 -Mitchell Starc
is another must-have pick in SL due to his consistent all-round abilities especially with bowl as he had taken 172 wickets off just 85 ODI games. Good hitter of the ball too. He had taken 14 wickets from the last 5 ODI matches.

 -Pat Cummins
is another must-have pick who had been extraordinary against IND as he having 19 wickets at his name in 12 matches. He is a consistent wicket-taker bowler who WI bowl in death overs too. He had taken 96 wickets from 58 matches ODI career at economy rate of 5.14 only.

 -Adam Zampa
has great record against the Indian side as he had taken 9 wickets from last 5 ODI matches when they played the last series in 2019. Another must-have pick in SL.

 -Josh Hazlewood
is a decent bowler who had taken 72 wickets from 44 ODI games but he isn't very consistent. He can be proved as a good punt in SL as he has the ability to take 2fer,3fer any time.

 -Jasprit Bumrah
is another must have pick in SL. He has become no. 1 bowler in a very short period of time. He is having 103 wickets at his name from 58 ODI games at economy rate of 4.49 only. He can be a lethal pick in any type of fantasy league today.

 -Mohammad Shami
is another good pick who had been the highest wicket-taker bowler of the year 2019 in ODI cricket. He is having 136 wickets at his name from just 72 ODI games at economy rate of 5.50 only.

 -Kuldeep Yadav
had taken 8 wickets in the last 5 ODI matches against AUS. He had been a consistent wicket-taker bowler who had taken 99 wickets from just 54 matches at an economy rate of less than 5. Must have picked if IND opts to bowl first.

 Key Players:

 IND Key Players:

 Virat Kohli:
Back up to number three last time out and took full advantage as he hit 78 from 76 balls and shared a century stand with Shikhar Dhawan. It was his 56th ODI half-century, while he has also hit 43 centuries.

Shikhar Dhawan:
Has an excellent record against Australia, which he has maintained in this series with scores of 74 and 96 – his 28th and 29th ODI half-centuries.

Jasprit Bumrah:
Proved why he is the world’s number one bowler as he bowled two maidens and claimed a deserved final wicket to finish with figures of 1-32 last time out.

 AUS Key Players:

David Warner:
Started the series with his 18th ODI century, moving beyond 5,000 ODI runs in national record-quick time in the process.

Steve Smith:
Sat in his pads as Warner and Finch stole the show in the opening game, before taking his chance to shine last time out – hitting 98 from 102 balls at number three. He was out just short of a ninth ODI century as he closes in on 4,000 runs in the format.

Adam Zampa:
Took 3-50 last time out in his 50th ODI appearance, to move to 69 wickets in the format and a turning wicket in Bangalore will help him out.

 Team Forms:

India are looking to win an ODI series 2-1 for the second consecutive time, having done the same against West Indies. A crushing defeat first up, losing by ten wickets, did not set the tone as India bounced back last time out.

Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli and KL Rahul all hit big half-centuries and Rohit Sharma was out just short as India posted 340/6. All five bowlers then took wickets as they bowled Australia out for 304 in reply.

This is Australia’s first ODI series since the 2019 Cricket World Cup and they started it in dominant form – the Aussies skittling India for 255 before David Warner and Aaron Finch hit an unbeaten century in a ten-wicket win.

They could not cope with the Indian batting last time out, however. The hosts set 341 to win and, despite Steve Smith’s 98, Australia were all out for 304.

Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Lokesh Rahul, Virat Kohli(c), Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Rishabh Pant(w), Kedar Jadhav, Ravindra Jadeja, Shivam Dube, Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur, Kuldeep Yadav, Navdeep Saini, Yuzvendra Chahal.
