Team NEWS:

 IND Team News

KL Rahul kept wicket last time out, allowing Shivam Dube to play as an all-rounder without having to drop either Shreyas Iyer or Manish Pandey. That balance works well, Kuldeep Yadav(Left-arm Chinaman) may come in PlayingXI for Y Chahal because on this pitch Chinaman bowlers are more successful and Ravindra Jadeja(left-arm orthodox) as the second spinner.

 NZ Team News
The bowling attack may be tweaked this time, however, with all-rounder Daryl Mitchell a possible addition at Blair Tickner’s expense. Colin de Grandhomme was out cheap last time out in both matches, but he is likely to retain his place.

IND vs NZ Fantasy Team Guide:

 Team Guide:

(We will help you to make a better Fantasy Team with this Team Guide. Do use your brain and instincts before making the final decision)

 -Lokesh Rahul
Rahul will open the innings for India. He is a top-class batsman who had been very impressive in his 39 matches T20 career at an average of 44+ with a strike rate near to 150. Performed really well in both matches and the last series against Sri Lanka by scoring 50+ scores in both matches. Good C VC choice in SL. Scored 56, 57 respectively in the last matches.

 -Tim Seifert
Siefert bat at 4 down on number 6 who is a decent batsman who had batted at an average of 18.6 in 20 T20 international matches with strike rate near to 140. He can be promoted at four number, proven as a good punt in SL if NZ opts to bat first.

 -Virat Kohli
Nation's favorite fantasy player will bat at one down. He is an evergreen player who is currently no. 1 batsman in the world having an average of 49+ in 80 T20I matches with SR nearing 140. Must have a pick in SL and default C VC too. Played very well in the last couple of ODI & T20 series. Though he doesn't have a good record against NZ his current form makes us expect to see a good knock today. Scored 45, 11 in the last matches.

 -Shreyas Iyer
He will bat at two down. He is another young talent who is in form of his life as he is playing very consistent cricket as seen in the last couple of series and in domestic cricket too. He is having Average near to 25 in just 19 matches with a good strike rate too. Played match-winning knock of 58*, 44 in the last games.

 -Rohit Sharma
Row-Hit Sharma is another must-have pick in SL today who had been the most attacking batsman, especially in T20 format for a while. He is a big player who is expected to play top knock today. He is having an average of 31+ from 106 T20I games with a strike rate near to 140. Another C VC choice in SL.

 -Manish Pandey
He will bat at four down for IND. He is another consistent batsman who had batted at an impressive average of 41+ in 35 T20 matches with a good strike rate. He is punt pick for today's match India opts to bat first.

 -Martin Guptill
is an experienced batsman who will open the innings for NZ. He had played 84 T20 matches at an average of 33.36 with strike rate nearing 140. He is an attacking batsman who will either play a good knock or gets out early. His last 5 T20 matches were pretty good. Scored 30 in the last match.

 -Colin Munro
Munro will open the innings with Guptill. He is a must-have pick in SL considering his form in T20 cricket and a good record on this ground. He had batted at an average of 31+ with a strike rate of 160 in 62 T20 international matches. He had performed really well against India. He can bowl too if required. C VC choices in SL. Scored 59, 26 in the last matches.

 -Kane Williamson
Williamson will bat at one down. He is a consistent batsman who had batted at an average of 31+ in 59 T20 matches with a decent strike rate. Though his form wasn't so good in last couple of T20 matches but he is a big player who can play a good knock today. Scored 56, 14 in the last matches. Punt C VC choice.

 -Ross Taylor
Taylor will bat at three down. He had been more consistent in ODI & Test cricket than in the T20 format. He is having a decent average of 25+ from 97 T20 matches with a strike rate of 120. He is a reliable batsman who usually scores 20-30 runs easily. Good pick in SL if NZ opts to bat first. Scored 54, 18 in the last matches.

 -Colin de Grandhomme
CDH will bat in middle order and bowl a couple of overs too. He is an impressive all-rounder who had been very consistent from the last couple of years. He had batted at an average of 19 and taken 10 wickets too from 35 T20 International matches. Another GL pick and punt C VC choice.

 -Mitchell Santner
Santner is is a good bowler than a batsman as he had taken 50 wickets from 41 T20 matches at an economy rate of 7.20 only. He had batted at an average of 15 too which shows that he can play some shots. Must have a pick in SL if NZ opts to bowl first as he had bowled well against INDIA during there last series.

 -Ravindra Jadeja
R Jadeja is another must-have pick, especially if India opts to bat first as he will bat in middle order and bowl full 4 overs too. He is in good form right now as seen in the last couple of series. He had played 48 T20I games and taken 38 wickets in them, batted at decent average too.

 -Washington Sundar
had played 21 T20I matches till now and taken 18 wickets from them. He isn't very good batsman but can hit some good shots as he will bat down the order. Performed very well with the bowl in recent times as he was opening the bowling in every T20 match last year.

 -Daryl Mitchell
Mitchell will do the late hitting and bowl a couple of overs too if he play this match. He had performed really well in his 162 T20 Domestic matches career in which he had batted at an average of 22 and taken 92 wickets too at a decent economy rate.

 -Jasprit Bumrah
is a must-have pick in SL and punt C VC choice too. He is currently one of the top bowlers in international cricket. He had taken 52 wickets in just 43 matches at an economy rate of 6.71 only. His yorkers are very tough to play.

 -Mohammad Shami
Shami is another good pick who had been the highest wicket-taker bowler of the year 2019 in ODI cricket. He is having 136 wickets at his name from just 72 ODI games at an economy rate of 5.50 only.

 -Yuzvendra Chahal
is a wicket-taker who had been very consistent in his 39 matches T20 career as he is having 53 wickets at his name at a decent economy rate too. He is seen to take wickets at crucial times. He had taken a couple of wickets during there last T20 series in 2019.

 -Tim Southee
Southee is another impressive bowler who had taken 77 wickets from just 66 T20 International matches at a decent economy rate. He too had performed really well during there last T20 series in the year 2019. Must have picked if NZ opts to bat first.

 -Ish Sodhi
Ish Sodhi had taken 7 wickets from 6 Matches during his last T20 series against India which makes him a good pick in SL. He is an impressive bowler who had taken 50 wickets from just 42 matches at a decent economy rate too.

 -Navdeep Saini
Saini is an emerging talent who hadn't played much T20I cricket but he had taken 36 wickets in 40 domestic T20 cricket at an economy rate of 7.18 only. He had played 5 T20I cricket and taken 6 wickets too from them. Good pick in SL.

 Key Players:

 IND Key Players:

 Virat Kohli:
Fell just short of a 25th T20i half-century in the first T20I but he had already done the damage as he posted 45 from 32 balls and shared a 99-run partnership for the second wicket with KL Rahul. In last match, he departs early but he can make a big knock in this match.

 KL Rahul:
Another blistering half-century in another India T20i win – he hit 56 from 27 balls in first match and57 not out in the last match to record his 11th T20I half-century, having also starred in the recent wins against West Indies and Sri Lanka.

 Jasprit Bumrah:
Got Tim Ross Taylor out late on and conceded just 21 Runs to maintain his economical bowling record in T20 international cricket – which is all the more impressive when you consider the bowls in the powerplay and at the death.

 Shreyas Iyer:

He has been a revelation for India and it seems that the team has finally found its number four. Iyer is averaging 102 in this series and is having a strike-rate of 164.51. He took his team over the line in the series opener with a blistering 29-ball 58.

 NZ Key Players:

Martin Guptill:
He finished the Super Smash in good batting form and continued that as he set the tone with 33 from 20 balls at the top of the innings. His partnership with Munro could be key to New Zealand’s chances.

Colin Munro:
Started the series ranked fourth in the ICC world rankings for T20I batsmen. He gives a good start to NZ in both games, he can also bowl if needed.

Mitchell Santner:
He is ranked third in the world T20I bowling rankings. If Top Batting Order fails can make some points with the bat. The left-arm spinner had a good outing with the ball last time, conceding just 19 runs from his four overs. He could cause a few problems for the Indian batsmen at Hamilton. Santner can hit the ball a long way as well.

 Team Forms:

India are on a roll having won eight of their last nine completed T20 internationals including all the four they have played so far this year. They beat Sri Lanka 2-0 at home earlier this month before heading off to New Zealand where Virat Kohli and Co. have made a perfect start to the NZ vs IND 2020 T20I series, winning the first two games on the bounce. India were clinical in both the matches; their batsmen were outstanding in Friday's run-chase and it was their bowlers who set up the game beautifully for them on Sunday.

 New Zealand:

New Zealand have kicked off their T20I campaign this year on a disappointing note having been beaten convincingly in the first two games of the ongoing five-match home series against India. Sunday's seven-wicket loss means that the Kiwis will be traveling to Hamilton without a win in their last four matches. After their batsmen had a good outing in the opening game, they put up an underwhelming performance with the bat last time out and managed to score only 132 on what was a very good batting surface.

Rohit Sharma, Lokesh Rahul, Virat Kohli(c), Shreyas Iyer, Sanju Samson, Manish Pandey, Rishabh Pant(w), Washington Sundar, Ravindra Jadeja, Shivam Dube, Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur, Kuldeep Yadav, Navdeep Saini, Yuzvendra Chahal.

Martin Guptill, Colin Munro, Kane Williamson(c), Tim Seifert(w), Ross Taylor, Colin de Grandhomme, Daryl Mitchell, Mitchell Santner, Tim Southee, Ish Sodhi, Blair Tickner, Scott Kuggeleijn, Hamish Bennett.

All the best
